July 8th - Durham Forest - 5 Peaks Trail Run
July 14th - Downtown - Nissan Foundation 5K
July 16th - Ajax - Arthritis Society 5K and 10K
July 19th - Everywhere - 20 Minute challenge
July 29th - Oshawa - Durham 1/4 marathon
