Nissan Foundation 5K at the Docks - Meeting Spot

We will be meeting on the steps to the Docks by the Main Entrance between 6 and 6:30pm.




Packet Pick up
- Thursday July 13th Sporting Life - 2665 Yonge St, 10am-8:30pm (This will have the best selection of shirt sizes) or
- Friday July 14th at the Docks, 11 Polson St., 4:30-6:60pm

Race Day Schedule
- 4:15-6:15pm Bus shuttles to The Docks from Bremner & York
- 7:00pm 5K Start
- 7:45-8:30pm Band to be confirmed
- 8:15pm-10:15pm Bus shuttles from The Docks to Bremner & York
- 8:30-9:00pm Awards Ceremony
- 9:00-10:00pm Band "Totally Committed"
- 10:15pm Last bus leaves The Docks

However you decide to get there, please arrive early to get parking, find everyone, get your timing chip, check your bag and enjoy the atmosphere. If you have a bag, you can check it for a donation of $2.

For those who want to meet, we will be congregating on the front steps of the Docks close to the main entrance between 6 and 6:30pm. I will be happy to pace those who want to run together but if you want to see how fast you can do it, feel free to test yourself.

It may be nice if everyone wears their SickKids Technical shirts for the race. Feel free to change into your Hit The Road shirt after the race (I could use the advertising!) but whatever you decide to wear, bring something dry for after the race.

The forecast is for a hot one so drink plenty of water and feel free to join me on the Patio after the race!
