Enjoy your long weekend and keep running.

Room Change

The SickKids Healthy Workplaces Fitness for Runners class has been moved to room 1250, Elm Wing close to the auditorium.

We meet each Monday at 5:30pm for our workouts. New members can sign up at any time and new runners can also receive a beginners training schedule to help get you up to speed.

Come dressed to run and bring a towel or yoga mat for the workout portion.

The focus of this class is strengthening the muscles used in running, to make you less prone to injury and improve your running efficiency.
