Goal Run - DATE CHANGE

The Toronto Resolution Run has been changed from December 31st to December 30th. For those of you who couldn't make the 31st this is a great chance to sign up but do it soon before the free jackets run out!

If you already signed up and cannot make the 30th, the Running Room is offering a full refund by contacting lbritton@runningroom.com.

Room for Wednesday November 14th

This Wednesday's class is scheduled for room 6711 in the atrium but what I'd like to suggest is that we meet at the usual room 1250. If room 1250 is not being used we will stay there otherwise we will move up to 6711 at 5:15pm. If you arrive late, go to 1250 first and I will put up a sign if we moved to another room.

Beginner class room change

This Wednesday's class has been moved to room 7246 in the Black Wing. Take the Black Wing elevators to the 7th floor and the room is just by the elevators towards zone 2.
