Thank you to those of you who have already signed up for the SickKids Wellness Program Running Clinic.
The program starts this Monday May 8th at 5:30pm.

Hospital for Sick Children,
555 University Ave,
Please come to the class dressed to work out. We will be going outside rain or shine so please dress for the conditions.
Classes will begin with some instruction about an aspect of running and training followed by a group run.
Beginners programs are suitable for current non-runners. Intermediate and advanced training schedules are also available.
If you are planning to pay on Monday, please arrive a few minutes early.
If you haven't yet signed up but would like to take part, please email me to let me know at Tony@hittheroadrunning.com. This is so I can prepare and have enough training books ready for everyone. The cost is $75 for the ten week course.
